QCG / Quassaick Creek Greenway  is a community project exploring a potential public trail along Quassaick Creek.  Extending from the Hudson River to Crystal Lake, the Greenway will create opportunities for public enjoyment and education, protect the Creek's unique ecosystem, and improve neighborhood access to nature in the city. The project will be gathering ideas from the community, along with research on the cultural, physical and environmental conditions of the Creek. 

QCG is a project of Scenic Hudson in collaboration with a steering committee of local community members and representatives from Orange County, Orange County Land Trust, City of Newburgh, Town of New Windsor, and the Quassaick Creek Watershed Alliance.
